ADA & Accessibility

Guests needing to drop off individuals requiring ADA assistance may do so at the designated ADA drop-off location near the Origin Hotel. After drop-off, drivers will be directed to the appropriate parking areas. If additional assistance is needed, courtesy carts are available on a first-come, first-served basis to help transport guests from the drop-off location to the nearest gate.

On-Site Parking in designated ADA parking spaces is available for fans that purchase an ADA parking pass and have a registered, state-issued disability license plate or placard or disabled veterans license plate. Fans with an ADA Parking Pass must have a registered ADA license plate or present their placard to park in the designated ADA parking spaces.

Guests requiring accessibility accommodations are welcome to use the ADA-designated entry at the lane closest to the team store.

All restrooms at CPKC stadium are ADA accessible. See Adult Changing Tables for more information.

ADA seating is available throughout CPKC Stadium.

To make accommodations after arrival at an event, please see the Guest Services Center located in the southwest corner of the stadium near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate. 

Fans in need of an ADA accessible seating location are welcome to exchange a non-accessible ticket for an accessible ticketed location. All exchanges will be on a first come, first served basis, based on availability. For exchanges the day of the event, CPKC Stadium staff will make a concerted effort to place fans in need of accessible seating and their companions in the closest or most comparable location to the non-accessible ticket that is exchanged.

On-Site: Fans with an ADA Parking Pass must have a registered ADA license plate or present their placard to park in the designated ADA parking spaces.

Adult Changing Tables are available on the Northwest side of the stadium, behind Section 110 & 111, as well as inside the Premium area, adjacent to the Pitch Club.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) can be checked out from the Guest Services Center on event days at no charge.

Closed captioning will appear on the main videoboard.

For fans with limited mobility, courtesy carts are available to help transport you between the designated shuttle drop-off locations and Helzberg Diamonds Gate. This service operates on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Please note that our courtesy carts are unable to accommodate power wheelchairs. However, the Heritage Trail is available for guests and offers an accessible route to the River Gate entrance.

Manually operated mobility aids (such as canes and walkers) and wheelchairs – both manually operated and electric – are permitted in the venue.   

At CPKC Stadium, we offer wheelchair assistance to assist with mobility needs. Guests may arrange for wheelchair assistance by contacting Guest Services at 913-374-0233 or email  [email protected]  

Due to limited wheelchair quantities, guests are not permitted to keep CPKC Stadium wheelchairs during the event. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchairs if they need one for the duration of the event. 

Guests can check out noise cancelling headphones from our Guest Services Center on event days. 

Disposable ear plugs are also available for guest comfort.

To arrange for sign language services during events, please email  [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

Some guests may experience sensory sensitivity due to heightened environmental stimuli, such as bright lights, loud sounds, and crowd activity. We strive to create an inclusive and comfortable experience for all attendees.  

• Sensory Kits are available to check out for events. Sensory kits are property of CPKC Stadium and must be returned to the Guest Services Center at the end of every event.   

• Sensory Rooms are located behind sections 110/111 and behind sections 131/132.

Service dogs and miniature horses are allowed inside CPKC Stadium with fans that need their assistance. No pets or other animals are permitted.

Most KC Current shuttles are ADA accessible to accommodate fans with mobility needs. If you require an ADA-accessible shuttle, please notify the shuttle location attendant, who will assist in securing appropriate transport.

At CPKC Stadium, we offer wheelchair assistance to support guests with mobility needs. Guests may arrange for assistance by contacting Guest Services at 913-374-0233 or emailing [email protected]. 

Due to a limited number of wheelchairs, guests cannot keep CPKC Stadium wheelchairs for the duration of the event. If a wheelchair is needed for the entire event, guests are encouraged to bring their own.
