Accessible Entry Lane
Guests requiring accessibility accommodations are welcome to use the ADA-designated entry at Lane 1. 

Accessible Restrooms 
All restrooms at CPKC stadium are ADA accessible. See Adult Changing Tables for additional accommodations. 

Accessible Seating
ADA seating is available throughout CPKC Stadium.

To make accommodations after arrival at an event, please see the Guest Services Center located in the southwest corner of the stadium near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate.

Fans in need of an ADA accessible seating location are welcome to exchange a non-accessible ticket for an accessible ticketed location. All exchanges will be on a first come, first served basis, based on availability. For exchanges the day of the event, CPKC Stadium staff will make a concerted effort to place fans in need of accessible seating and their companions in the closest or most comparable location to the non-accessible ticket that is exchanged.

Accessible Parking
On-Site: Fans with an ADA Parking Pass must have a registered ADA license plate or present their placard to park in the designated ADA parking spaces.

Adult Changing Tables
Adult Changing Tables are available on the Northwest side of the stadium, behind Section 110 & 111, as well as inside the Premium area, adjacent to the Pitch Club. 

Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) can be checked out from the Guest Services Center on event days at no charge.  

Closed Captioning
Closed captioning will appear on the main videoboard. 

Mobility Assistance
Manually operated mobility aids (such as canes and walkers) and wheelchairs – both manually operated and electric – are permitted in the venue.  

At CPKC Stadium, we offer wheelchair assistance to assist with mobility needs. Guests may arrange for wheelchair assistance by contacting Guest Services at 913-374-0233 or email  [email protected] 

Due to limited wheelchair quantities, guests are not permitted to keep CPKC Stadium wheelchairs during the event. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchairs if they need one for the duration of the event.  

Sign Language Services
To arrange for sign language services during events, please email  [email protected] no later than 72 hours prior to the event. 

Sensory Accommodations 
Some guests may experience sensory sensitivity due to heightened environmental stimuli, such as bright lights, loud sounds, and crowd activity. We strive to create an inclusive and comfortable experience for all attendees. 

• Sensory Kits are available to check out for events. Sensory kits are property of CPKC Stadium and must be returned to the Guest Services Center at the end of every event.  

• Sensory Rooms are located behind sections 110/111 and behind sections 131/132.

Service Animals
Service dogs and miniature horses are allowed inside CPKC Stadium with fans that need their assistance. No pets or other animals are permitted.

In the event of a medical emergency, automated external defibrillators (AED) are located throughout the stadium. They can be found at the following locations:
• Premium Hallway behind suite 1
• Outside of the First Aid office
• Behind section 126

The Kansas City area is served by two major airports: Kansas City International Airport (MCI), offering domestic and international flights, and Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport (MKC), primarily used for general aviation and smaller regional flights.

CPKC Stadium promotes responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and encourages fans to exercise good judgement. Fans should be aware of the following policies during KC Current matches and all major events:
• Any fan that shows signs of impairment and/or intoxication may be denied entrance to or will be removed from CPKC Stadium, and subject to arrest. 
• No alcoholic beverages can be brought inside the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol inside the stadium or possession of an alcoholic beverage not purchased from CPKC Stadium will result in ejection and confiscation of the fan’s ticket. No alcoholic beverages served inside the stadium can be taken outside CPKC Stadium. 
• State of Missouri law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years of age. All fans should be prepared to show proper identification if requested by the concessionaire staff member. 
• Concessionaire staff members reserve the right to deny services to fans that show signs of impairment and/or intoxication. 
• Fans providing alcoholic beverages to persons less than 21 years of age will be ejected from CPKC Stadium and subject to arrest. 
• Fans possessing alcohol that do not present proper identification when requested by a staff member may be ejected. 
• A maximum of two alcoholic beverages can be purchased per ID, per transaction. 
• Each fan is responsible for ensuring they have a safe means of transportation when leaving the facility. 
• Stadium management reserves the right to change these policies and procedures at any time without prior notice to fans.
• Alcohol sales end at the 75th minute of matches. This policy is subject to change depending on the event.
The following documents are the only acceptable forms of identification. All forms of ID must be current (unexpired) and valid.
• Driver’s License – United States and Canada only
• US Military ID with photo
• State ID with photo
• Passport
• U.S. Passport Card

There are two All-Gender restrooms at CPKC Stadium. One is located outside the Pitch Club in the Premium area, and one is located on the main concourse behind Section 110 & 111.

At this time, CPKC Stadium does not have any ATM machines on the premises.

All restrooms in the general concourse at CPKC Stadium are equipped with baby changing stations, except for the restroom behind section 126.

CPKC Stadium has a clear bag policy. Clear bags cannot exceed 12” x 12” x 6”. Non-clear wallets and clutches smaller than 5” x9” are permitted.

Exceptions to this policy are diaper bags and medical bags, which are subject to inspection.
Backpacks, including clear backpacks and drawstring bags of any size, are not permitted inside the venue.

Fans should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by security staff to shift and remove the contents. All bags are subject to search and this inspection is considered a condition of entry.

CPKC Stadium offers bag check for extenuating circumstances, as determined by CPKC stadium staff.

Any sports ball that enters the seating area must be returned immediately to the field of play by giving the ball to the game day staff or ball retrievers.

Grand Boulevard Bridge is currently closed to cyclists. Cyclists are encouraged to use the Town of Kansas Bridge and Riverfront Heritage Trail to get to CPKC Stadium on matchday.

Self-lock bike racks are located just outside of CPKC Stadium’s River Gate, on the northwest side of the stadium, just off the Riverfront Heritage Trail.

Binoculars and their cases are permitted. All items are subject to search upon arrival.

Birthday scoreboard announcements must be arranged no later than 48 hours prior to match day. Arrangements can be made my emailing [email protected].

No outside bottles or cans with liquid in them can be brought inside CPKC Stadium.

EMPTY (no liquids or ice) metal and plastic water bottles or cups (no glass) 32 oz. or less are permitted for KC Current matches, most concerts, and special events. Some concerts and special events may set additional restrictions.

Fans may bring personal, still-photo cameras to capture the special moments from their visit to CPKC Stadium. However, cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses longer than 6 inches will not be allowed in CPKC Stadium.

For all transactions in CPKC Stadium, cash is not accepted. All major credit cards are accepted at all points of sale.

For the most convenient matchday experience, download the KC Current App and utilize “Current Pay”, located on the Matchday page. Current Pay is a unique QR code connected to a payment method of your choice and is acceptable at all points of sale.

Children aged 2 and under do not need a ticket provided they are able to sit on a parent or legal guardian’s lap during the event.

A child who is 2 and younger entering the stadium on a giveaway day is NOT entitled to a promotional item without a valid ticket.

Strollers are permitted at CPKC Stadium but should never be stored in an aisle or stairway. Strollers can be checked for free at the Guest Services Center, Guest Services Center located in the southwest corner of the stadium near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate.

Childcare bags (e.g., diaper bags) when accompanied by a child are permitted. These bags will be searched and tagged prior to entry.

We are confident KC Current fans top the NWSL in their enthusiasm, team support, hospitality, and sportsmanship. Our reputation is shaped not only by our players, coaches, and employees, but by our fans as well. Our goal is to promote the absolute best fan experience in all sports and entertainment, supporting our team while maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere.
KC Current and CPKC Stadium are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable match-day experience for all fans visiting its stadium and facilities. KC Current and CPKC Stadium are also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment, free of discrimination and harassment. This Fan Code of Conduct addresses conduct that is inconsistent with these goals and detracts from the match-day experience and the expectations of the KC Current and CPKC Stadium.
The following conduct is prohibited in the stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the KC Current or CPKC Stadium and through any KC Current or CPKC digital platform:
• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening, or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of match officials, players, staff, fans or other individuals.
• Conduct that is illegal under applicable local, state, or federal law.
• Conduct resulting in damage to the venue or other personal property.
• Fighting.
• Fan violence.
• Assault/battery on staff, vendors, or other patrons.
• Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory words, signs symbols, gestures, or actions, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, cultural identity, nationality, citizenship status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, appearance, and/or disability.
• Displaying signs, symbols, words, or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action.
• Throwing objects of any kind towards the field, players, and/or officials.
• Causing significant damage to stadium property.
• Provoking and/or inciting threatening, abusive or discriminatory behavior.
• Intrusion onto the field of play or designated area of play.
• Entering, or attempting to enter, unauthorized areas of the venue.
• Possession of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke, firework or other prohibited item. A complete list of prohibited items for CPKC Stadium may be found here.
• Ignoring or failing to follow instructions from venue staff, stadium policies and emergency response procedures
• Failing to promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
• Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances and/or purchasing or providing for consumption alcohol for an underage individual.
• Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match.
• Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.
Any fan who violates any of these provisions may be subject to penalties, including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games, and revocation of season tickets. There are several factors that will be taken into consideration when issuing consequences to a fan who fails to meet the expectations laid out in this Fan Code of Conduct. Any fan who conducts themselves in an extremely disruptive or dangerous manner or commits multiple violations during a 12-month period, may be banned from attending future KC Current and other NWSL matches ranging from the remainder of the season up to a lifetime ban. KC Current and/or the NWSL, as applicable, in their sole and absolute discretion, may increase or decrease any prescribed penalties. The Code of Conduct applies to all KC Current and NWSL events. Please note that the KC Current and the NWSL reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who has engaged in harassment of match officials, opposing team members, staff, or other fans or who have otherwise violated this Code of Conduct using social or digital media or other forms of communication.

Most food offerings at CPKC Stadium are Gluten Free. To accommodate those with peanut allergies, we do not fry any of our food in peanut oil.

To ensure the safety and security of all fans at CPKC Stadium, KC Current reserves the right to ask anyone with clothing deemed to be derogatory, profane, offensive, or insufficient to offer body coverage given the public nature of events to either remove the item or cover up the item prior to being permitted entry into or while inside the venue. Footwear is required at all times. Those who refuse to abide by this policy may be denied entry or removed from CPKC Stadium.

Guests are prohibited from wearing any clothing, face paint, or masks that conceal or hide their faces except for religious head coverings. Those who refuse to comply may be denied entry or removed from the stadium.

Away team colors and jerseys are not allowed in the Hy-Vee South Stands. Please see Guest Services for other seating options if needed.

From time to time, the use of drones may be part of events at CPKC Stadium. 

For safety and security, fans are not permitted to use, operate, deploy or monitor any drones while on CPKC property, including onsite parking lots.

For fans getting dropped off at CPKC Stadium, please follow complete drop off and pick up at the same locations used for rideshare companies.

The Kansas City Current offers a limited amount of in-kind donations to area 501c3 nonprofit organizations. Due to the volume of requests that we receive, we are limited to one donation per organization per year. If interested, please complete a Donation Request at: KC Current Donation Requests.

CPKC Stadium has one elevator that is located inside the west/premium building. Be advised, this elevator should only be used by those with ADA needs, limited mobility needs, media, press and those being escorted. All other guests are encouraged to use the stairwells to access the various levels.

Guests will be able to enter CPKC Stadium through the Helzberg Diamonds Gate which is on the southwest side of the Stadium and the River Gate which is North of the Stadium. These gates will be opening 2 hours before the event begins, unless otherwise posted.

During emergency situations, please remain calm and report as much information as possible to the nearest CPKC Stadium staff. In the event of any emergency, please follow CPKC Stadium staff instructions and any announcements broadcast over the public-address system regarding stadium operations and emergency response procedures. Should guest need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest security guard, police officer, or visit the Guest Services Center.

Guests who refuse to follow the direction of CPKC Stadium team members or who do not comply with the Fan Code of Conduct face immediate ejection without refund and possible revocation of season tickets and/or future tickets.

In the interest of player and fan safety, CPKC Stadium maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game, including interactions with a player. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate removal from CPKC Stadium, possible arrest and/or loss of tickets.

If you experience any challenges during the event, please text the Guest Services Hotline at 816-937-4680 with a brief description and location.

Fans are prohibited from accessing the field-of-play before, during or after the game or event unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized CPKC Stadium staff member. Violators may be subject to removal from CPKC Stadium and/or arrest.

For safety and security of all fans, firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited in CPKC Stadium.

KC Current matches include pyrotechnics which will include loud noises and visual effects.

Your well-being is our priority. Our sensory rooms are located behind section 131 and section 110. For more information about our sensory accommodations, contact Guest Services at [email protected].

First Aid is located next to the Guest Services Center near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate, located at the Southwest corner of the stadium behind section 100. In case of an emergency, please dial 9-1-1.

Fans are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverage items inside CPKC Stadium. We ask that fans either leave these items inside their vehicles or dispose of them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium.

Milk and/or formula for infants is permitted if the infant is present and the milk/formula is subject to inspections.

There are two entry gates at CPKC Stadium. They are: 
• Helzberg Diamonds Gate: Located next to CPKC Plaza, at the southwest entrance of CPKC Stadium. 
• River Gate: Located on the northwest side of the stadium, just off the Riverfront Heritage Trail.
Gates will open two hours prior to KC Current matches, unless otherwise posted.

KC Current, the League, and each of their parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, vendors, sponsors, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, owners, members, employees, agents, successors and assigns, whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not liable or responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property in or around the Venue or in connection with any Game resulting from any cause.

Noise cancelling headphones are available for checkout at the Guest Services Center.

Personal headphones and earbuds are permitted inside CPKC Stadium.  All items are subject to security screening and searches.

The identification wristband program allows guests to obtain a bracelet displaying emergency contact information, as well as seating location in case a person is separated from their party.

Wristbands are available for all matches and events at the Guest Services Offices by the Helzberg Diamonds Gate.

DURING THE EVENT: If an item is misplaced, please visit the Guest Services Center near Helzberg Diamonds Gate behind Section 100 to receive assistance.

AFTER THE EVENT: To help us assist you better, please fill out the Lost & Found claim form before visiting the stadium. If we locate your item, a member of our team will contact you to coordinate pick-up. If we do not have your item, a member of our team will provide an update.
Lost & Found Claim Form

CPKC Stadium and The University of Kansas Health System Training Center will hold non-claimed items for 30 days before being donated or disposed of. All credit cards and forms of identification will be shredded after 30 days. CPKC Stadium and The University of Kansas Health System Training Center are not liable for lost or damaged items.

A photo id may be required to claim items such as credit cards. Guests who believe their credit card may be lost or stolen are responsible for contacting their financial institution. CPKC Stadium staff will not notify any financial institution that a credit card has been lost or found.

Children and/or fans who are separated from their family or friends will be escorted by CPKC Stadium staff to the Guest Services Office.

Parents looking for a lost child or guest should notify the nearest member of Guest Services or security personnel or law enforcement official.

The CPKC Stadium Onsite Parking Lot Rules and Regulations have been created to provide a safe environment for all guests visiting CPKC Stadium. Some of those rules include:
• Parking lots will open approximately 3 hours prior to the stated event time. Vehicles must exit no later than 2 hours after the end of the event. 
• You must have a valid parking pass to park in the parking lots during event hours. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. 
• One vehicle per parking space. 
• Saving spaces is prohibited. 
• No Trailers (of any kind). 
• No grills (of any kind), no oil fryers, no cooking stations, no open fire pits, no tents, no tables, no chairs, no yard games, no generators and no amplified sound systems are permitted. 
• No loitering. 
• Oversized vehicles may be required to purchase an additional parking pass if they do not fit into one parking space. 
• No solicitations, commercial activity, circulating advertising or marketing materials of any kind. 
• No drones or other unmanned aircraft. 
• Failure to obey these rules and any other policies or direction of CPKC Stadium, KC Current or parking attendants may result in ejection from the parking lot and/or loss of parking privileges. 
• Parking your vehicle in a Parking Lot is at your own risk.

CPKC Stadium is a cashless facility. All major credit cards are accepted.

For the most convenient matchday experience, download the KC Current App and utilize “Current Pay”, located on the Matchday page. Current Pay is a unique QR code connected to a payment method of your choice, and is acceptable at all points of sale.

Guests with Pitch Club, Suites, or West Sideline Club tickets have access to the venue in a premium entry at Lane 1. This exclusive access offers a streamlined experience, saving time and enhancing convenience for those with these premium tickets.

There are three premium spaces at CPKC Stadium. Ticket holders in certain seating sections have exclusive access to these clubs.
• Pitch Club – Accessible via Premium Entry, the Pitch Club is CPKC Stadium’s most exclusive space. Ticket holders in Sections 103, 104, 105, 106, 107 and 108 have Pitch Club access.
• North Club – Located on the northwest side of the stadium, the North Club is available for ticket holders seated in Sections 109, 110 and 111.
• South Club – Located on the southwest side of the stadium, the South Club is available for ticket holders seated in Sections 100, 101, and 102.

One giveaway item per person with a valid ticket may be distributed by CPKC Stadium staff at the guest point of entry while supplies last. Schedule is subject to change without notice.
Please be sure to obtain your item upon entry to the stadium and before leaving the distribution area. To ensure fairness to all guests, any guest who approaches the distribution area after they leave the area will be denied the item. The Kansas City Current is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged giveaways.

The following items are prohibited at CPKC Stadium. These items may be subject to change based on the event type and at the discretion of CPKC Stadium management. 
• Air horns/whistles/vuvuzelas.  
• Aerosol cans or pressurized containers.
• Alcohol (other than purchased from CPKC Stadium’s concessionaire).  
• Animals (except service animals). 
• Audio/video recording devices.
• Bags larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6”, backpacks, briefcases and luggage.  
o All bags must be clear and no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6”.  
o Exceptions: Small clutches and purses measuring 5” x 9” or smaller may be permitted after a thorough inspection by stadium security associates. Diaper bags and medical bags are permitted subject to the same inspection procedures. 
• Batteries: Loose batteries, or batteries not used in a working, permitted device. 
• Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates and other items that could be a safety hazard.  
• Cans. 
• Chairs, booster seats, stools, or other seating devices. 
• Chemicals. 
• Clothing containing offensive, inciting or foul language or depictions.  
• Clothing containing wires, batteries or other electronic components. 
• Confetti. 
• Drones and other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles. 
• Drums and drumsticks unless approved by CPKC Stadium Management. 
• Fireworks or other explosives of any kind including but not limited to flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and pyrotechnics.  
• Glass bottles or containers. 
• Illegal drugs and substances. 
• Inflatable objects (beach balls, latex balloons, etc.).
• Interchangeable/detachable camera lenses or cameras with lenses longer than six inches. 
• Laptops, unless accompanied by working credentials.
• Laser pointers and lights. 
• Masks related to health provisions are permitted; Other masks that cover or conceal identity are not permitted. 
• Noisemakers, including but not limited to, drums, whistles, and horns unless approved by CPKC Stadium Management. 
• Outside food or beverage (except for breastmilk/formula). 
• Sealed bottles of water. 
o EMPTY (no liquids or ice) metal and plastic water bottles (no glass) 32 oz or less are permitted for KC Current matches, most concerts, and special events. Some concerts and special events may set additional restrictions.  
• Signs (no larger than 11’x7), flags (no larger than 3’ X 5’), shakers, or any item with a pole or stick unless approved by CPKC Stadium Management.

• Umbrellas larger than 33 inches. Umbrellas with a pointed end are NOT permitted.
• Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements or stickers.
• Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms and any ammunition or accessories to weapons 
• Wrapped items or gifts. 
• Any other item or device deemed dangerous, inappropriate or suspicious by CPKC Stadium management.
CPKC Stadium Management reserves the right to review items and handle each occurrence on a case by-case basis. CPKC Stadium management is not able to hold items for guests. All permitted bags, jackets and guests are subject to search upon entering CPKC Stadium.

Video footage recorded via professional cameras, small video cameras or cell phones is prohibited. Fans found recording or with recordings may be asked to delete footage and/or ejected from the stadium.

In accordance with CPKC Stadium security procedures, guests are not permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.

To safely and efficiently manage the flow of matchday traffic around CPKC Stadium on matchdays, designated pick-up and drop-off locations have been selected for fans utilizing rideshare services. You can view those locations here.

The unlawful resale of any event tickets on CPKC Stadium grounds and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the full extent of the law.

Fans should be aware that there will be loud, sudden noises during KC Current matches.  
• When a flyover is scheduled, there will be low-flying aircraft and loud noise associated with the proximity of the aircraft.  
• Matches will often include the use of pyrotechnics prior to kickoff, after KC Current goals are scored and/or post-match. Pyrotechnics will include the use of loud noise and bright, rapid visual effects.  
• A loud CPKC train horn will sound upon gates opening and after KC Current goals are scored.

KC Current continues to offer a free matchday shuttle service to fans. The shuttle location at 7th & Main will be the only operating location for shuttles. Shuttle buses will pick-up and drop-off fans at this location on matchdays, with first shuttle pick-up starting 2.5 hours before the match, and the last shuttle operating two hours after the end of the match.

KC Current encourages fans looking to use the shuttle service to park in lots near the 7th & Main shuttle location. Only parking lots at CPKC Stadium are owned and operated by KC Current.

At the stadium, shuttles will drop-off and pick-up fans at Berkley Plaza & Riverfront Dr. Once dropped off, fans will be directed to walk along the Riverfront Heritage Trail to CPKC Stadium. After the match, fans will need to use Riverfront Heritage Trail to return to Shuttle Pick-Up. For more directions visit https://cpkcstadium.com/transportation.
• 7th & Main Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off on the north side of 7th St. between Main and Baltimore.

KC Current fans are encouraged to show their support and may bring banners, flags and signs to KC Current matches. Banners, flags, and signs may be displayed at games as long as:  

• They do not contain language, symbols or images that are threatening, offensive, abusive or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identify, ability and/or sexual orientation or contain commercial, political, or offensive content.  

• Signs are no larger than 11’x7’ and flags are no larger than 3’ X 5’.  

• If affixed to a pole, the pole is hollow PVC and does not exceed 1’ in length.  

• They do not (in any way) damage stadium property.  

• They do not cover up any existing stadium signage or block other fans’ view.  

• They are made of a paper or lightweight cloth material.   

• Signs cannot utilize wood, metal or similar types of materials and may not have any sharp edges.  

• Flag-waving during play is prohibited.  

• Signage not permitted within CPKC Stadium will be disposed of by stadium security unless the fan wishes to return it to their vehicle. The decision regarding the admissibility and/or posting of any banner or sign is at the sole discretion of CPKC Stadium management. 

An exception to this rule applies in the Hy-Vee South Stands. Supporters must abide by the established flag approval process with the supporter group leadership and stadium security. The decision regarding the admissibility and/or posting of any banner or sign is at the sole discretion of CPKC Stadium management. CPKC Stadium reserves the right to confiscate any flag or banner that poses a risk or is not approved for display. At no time may flags interfere with stadium signage or broadcast cameras. 

CPKC Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Use of marijuana or tobacco products of any form, including E-cigarettes and vaporizers, are prohibited in all areas of CPKC Stadium.

For fan safety, prior to entering CPKC Stadium gates, all fans will be subject to security screening which include walkthrough metal detectors and may include wanding, pat-downs by same-gender security personnel and inspections of all bags and items entering the stadium.

Any prohibited item must be returned to the guest’s vehicle. Persons that refuse to be wanded, patted down, and/or refuse to have their belongings inspected will not be admitted. To ensure that fans are in their seat in time for the event start, please allow an extra 30 minutes at CPKC Stadium gate entrances.

Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets are tickets with no assigned seat. Guests with these tickets are permitted to view the event from anywhere in the concourse. Strollers are permitted at CPKC Stadium but should never be stored in an aisle or stairway.

Strollers can be checked for free at the Guest Services Center, Guest Services Center located in the southwest corner of the stadium near the Helzberg Diamonds Gate.

The Hy-Vee South Stands are general admission, open bleacher-style seating. All seats are first-come, first-serve and reserving spaces is not allowed. We encourage fans to arrive early to secure preferred seating in the Hy-Vee South Stands, as this section fills up quickly.

Please be prepared for loud noises, drums, smoke, and Tifos. 
 
Away team colors and jerseys are not allowed in the Hy-Vee South Stands. Please see Guest Services for other seating options if needed.

Zero Waste: At CPKC Stadium we are serious about reducing the amount of waste that goes to the landfill. Help us achieve zero waste by using the appropriate collection bins for reusable cups, aluminum cans & bottles, and the remaining waste that goes into the compost bin.

No grills (of any kind), no oil fryers, no cooking stations, no open fire pits, no tents, no tables, no chairs, no yard games, no generators and no amplified sound systems are permitted on facility grounds, to include parking lots.

EMPTY (no liquids or ice) metal and plastic water bottles (no glass) 32 oz or less are permitted for KC Current matches, most concerts, and special events. Some concerts and special events may set additional restrictions.

Water fountains and hydration stations are located behind sections 110, 126, 129, 100 (First Aid).

Lightning, strong winds, and heavy snowfall may delay or postpone a game or event. In the event of a weather-related evacuation or relocation, please listen to the instructions of the CPKC stadium staff and any announcements broadcast over the public address system.

At CPKC Stadium, we offer wheelchair assistance to assist with mobility needs. Guests may arrange for wheelchair assistance by contacting Guest Services at 913-374-0233 or email [email protected].

Due to limited wheelchair quantities, guests are not permitted to keep CPKC Stadium wheelchairs during the event. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchairs if they need one for the duration of the event.
